What To Expect
This position is expected to start around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August or September) or into Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

The Learning & Development Partner Intern will leverage their strategic mindset to interface with the business and assess business/learning requests. They will have experience with building business cases, applying adult learning theory and industry leading training practices, and a strong program management and consultative background. This role will enable alignment and partnership with the business.
What You'll Do
Conduct complex training needs assessments for Sales, Service, Delivery, and Collision employees, including root-cause analysis to understand performance gaps Consult with business partners to understand the strategic business roadmap, and recommend training solutions based on identified needs Conduct discovery sessions with business partners to scope requested learning needs Provide on-going analysis of learning programs across a broad spectrum of positions and drive continuous improvement efforts focusing on internal and external project aspects Prioritize learning needs by leveraging business analysis and ROI projections and make priorities and timelines visible to training team, as well as assist team members in measuring and optimizing the ROI of training projects/initiatives Communicate information to Design & Development teams clearly so that training requests are easily consumable and efficiently transitioned to the appropriate team Collaborate with analysts to ensure consistent measurement & evaluation is occurring within learning workstreams, as well as consult on learning design plans, providing insights based on understanding of application of adult learning theory and specialized business knowledge
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field with a gradation date between 2024 – 2025Proven time management and organizational skills Open collaborative style; ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction High proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced experience in PowerPoint and SharePoint
