What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer 2024 term (i.e. through August/September 2024) or into Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

As a Post-Production Intern, you will directly support post-production within our growth content team, while also gaining hands-on experience with production overall. This is an opportunity to collaborate with and learn from Editors, Producers, and Project Managers. The content and productions you will support run the gamut—including short form ‘high velocity’ social content, long-form documentary-style content and paid/ad content.
What You'll Do
Gain hands-on experience primarily with post-production, while also supporting various phases of the production project lifecycle (creative development, pre-production, production, post-production and wrapping) Support team members with media management, editing projects, preparing for, and executing productions Brainstorm with the larger production team by sharing ideas and feedback Support producers and editors involved in the various phases of production Support editors with ingest, organization, management, and archiving of footage Maintain organization of projects within our shared folders Work with stakeholders to address feedback and deliver the final product
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Film, TV, Communications or related field with a graduation date between 2024-2028 Portfolio displaying your passion for video production General understanding of post-production software and workflows with a desire to learn more Basic level of knowledge of video equipment Strong writing and communication skills Willingness to learn new tools/techniques & think innovatively, display initiative and exchange knowledge & excellent communicator, team player, resourceful and organized Highly motivated and proactive & accustomed to going above and beyond, whilst working within tight deadlines

Expected Compensation
$18.03 - $25.24/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
