What To Expect
This position is expected to start around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August or September 2024) or into Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Program Specialist to join our North America Sales and Delivery Programs and Business Development team. In this role you will support in the development, implementation and execution of items that aid in strategic program planning and campaign development. Here you will assist the Program Manager in developing program resources and systems to support key sales objectives and market growth. Through online and offline campaigns and onsite and offsite programs, you will directly impact the company’s revenue goals. The position reports to the Program Manager and is based in North America.
What You'll Do
Assist in the administrative support of North America programs intended to generate new leads and accelerate the sales cycle Assist in the development and maintenance of available content for various programs Support in the creation of digital assets for programs and field sales teams as needed Assist with asset management; sourcing, delivery, and organization as needed Support in the development of field sales program resources and management; playbooks, request forms, available content or assets libraries, etc. Working with national partners to gather information and coordinate as needed as well as working cross-functionally with other business team members; analytics, web, fleet, etc. Event and program success tracking and ROI and aid in program/campaign calendar planning and maintenance of events
