What To Expect
This position is expected to start around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August or September 2024) or into Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

What You'll Do
Own the management and administration of software systems including survey systems (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia) Collaborate with IT Applications Developers to automate data projects between systems Build reporting and dashboards in systems Optimize tools to extract the most critical insights for various internal audiences
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informational Systems, Informational Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, or a related fieldExperience in programming projects in software platforms, ideally survey projects using survey software platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia) Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities Self-starter who is able to take initiative to drive results Familiarity with JIRA or other IT ticket systems Experience with supervised machine learning and building sentiment analysis query strings a plus HTML knowledge a plus
