The Fabricator will report to the Technical Operation Manager.
You will:
- Work to bring plans to production
- Read, interpret, and complete design drawings in accordance with team guidelines
- Assist in physically building and assembling various products and prototypes
- Use all tools of the trade with proficiency, including shop machines, power tools, welders, fixturing, saws, etc
- Effectively communicate with cross functional teams on collaborative projects
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
You have:
- Knowledge/experience with fabrication techniques and tool usage
- Experience as welder MIG and TIG is required
- Structural building weld certificates a plus
- Press brake experience a plus
- Willing to learn how to program and control lasers and press brakes with other forms of automation
- Effective oral & written communication
- Comprehension of and adherence to safety & policy practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Valid Driver's License required
- Clean driving record
Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
