Position Overview: Lucid is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to identify, engage, and hire highly specialized technical professionals who will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes. Your ability to understand the intricacies of manufacturing roles and identify candidates with the right skill sets will be key to our growth.

- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend the technical specifications, team synergies, and business objectives pertinent to manufacturing operations roles.
- Prioritizes quality over quantity in candidate selection and hiring decisions, approaching hiring under the lens of cost optimization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates with expertise in complex technical roles within manufacturing.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, professional associations, and industry events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our network and talent pool.
- Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to better understand candidate profiles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required, Human Resources, Business or Engineering degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical engineering recruitment, supply chain preferably within manufacturing or related industries
- Prior experience analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in sourcing strategies and candidate quality
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully recruiting complex technical professionals, including roles such as process engineers, automation specialists, and quality control experts
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical competencies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and assessments
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred or other recruitment software. Prior experience with Success Factors preferred
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
