SUMMARY
Perform parts and material installation and assembly tasks per work instructions and verbal leadership.
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Positions performs installations and assembles parts according to special written work instructions, routings, blueprints and verbal directives.
- Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Keeps production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems and progress as related to work assignments
- Records time on labor sheets for each process of assembly.
COMPETENCIES
Good organizational and time management skills. Skilled in reading comprehension, writing,
and basic math knowledge. Ability to understand written and verbal work instructions.
Ability to understand and read blueprints. Skilled in the operation of basic hand tools, shop tools
and equipment. Competency in the use of measuring devices to stay within required tolerances.
Ability to learn processes quickly, adapt to process changes and implement those changes.
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. Keep a clean and safe
working environment. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Good
organizational and time management skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a high level of
noise. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye
safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are
not permitted.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The
employee is frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and
arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 30
pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED.
One year of related experience.
