JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and execute processes to procure marketing activities, non-production materials and services for BYD’s development and operational projects in United States, under the requirements from BYD Group and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with legal, sales, marketing team members during selection, contracting, and execution processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, including searching for and evaluating new vendors.
- Track and manage different purchase demands from different departments
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to effectively manage handoff of supply agreement management to ensure overall project success and timely
- Responsible for purchase cost control, purchase budget and quarterly financial statements
- Manage vendor qualification and quality assurance processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in procurement management, well knowing US purchase environment
- Track record of working with vendors to negotiate commercial and technical aspects of equipment supply agreements.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team, under pressure and with time sensitive deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Possesses self-starter qualities with the ability to work independently with minimal direction and time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize several concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
- Mandarin fluency is preferred.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or above.
