What To Expect
The Sr. Technical Program Manager, Energy Remanufacturing NPI will be responsible for the introduction of new products/processes and the definition of our RCA and SOP methodologies, tools, and systems. This includes managing the project from early prototype builds through to the launch of the RCA line/process and requires an exceptional capacity for cross functional interaction and leadership. This Program Manager will manage a cross functional team to develop program schedules, track their progress against these plans, and ensure new products are brought to market on time with exceptional quality, performance, and cost.
What You'll Do
Manage the cross functional team to ensure successful launches of new Energy Remanufacturing and Service products Own the vision for Energy Remanufacturing systems, structures, and proceduresLead build core team meetings to coordinate all aspects of prototype builds, set build plans and evaluate constraintsDrive material readiness with supply chain and material plannersProvide direction to project engineers for priorities and trial requirementsPerform cost analyses to reduce product cost and manage inventoryLead the development and roll-out of Reman NPI/PM structure, tools, and processesCoordinate with process and quality engineers to support new product roll outs
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience Min. 3-6 yrs. experience in mix of engineering and Project Management fieldsExperience in Production/Manufacturing environment (semi-automated preferred)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenCan communicate with technical and non-technical team members effectivelyAbility to work cross-functionally and manage large teamsWorks well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to adapt to changes quickly

Expected Compensation
$74,800 - $255,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
