What To Expect
Tesla offers a robust Parking and Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. Parking and charging are available 24/7, we have over 6,000 parking stalls across all our Tesla Bay Area sites. The Parking Enforcement Agent is responsible for monitoring our Parking lots, Valet Parking and Electric Vehicle charging operations. The Parking Enforcement Agent works closely with the Parking and Valet Program Manager and is a crucial part of the Workplace Transportation Team.

What You'll Do
Conduct regular patrols of Tesla sites to identify and address suspicious activity, parking violations, unauthorized parking, and congestion issues.Make informed decisions within scope and communicate effectively with vendors and employeesRespond to employee inquiries related to parking, valet parking, and electric vehicle chargingDeliver parking notifications and alerts to employees through multiple communication channelsCollaborate closely with Tesla teams on various requests, projects, and operational needsAccurately document parking violations by issuing citations and completing all necessary paperworkEnforce Tesla’s Parking Policy, maintaining order while educating and balancing enforcement with fairness
What You'll Bring

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $53.00/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
