Your lines of code will make our future more connected and intelligent. As a Software Engineer, you will develop and optimize tools that support firmware and hardware development. You will write scripts and utilities, primarily in Python, that generate C code, interact with embedded systems, and streamline development processes.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be able to do:
- Develop, test, and maintain tools and scripts for firmware and hardware development.
- Write and optimize Python scripts that generate C code and interact with embedded systems.
- Collaborate with firmware and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of tools with development processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug tools and scripts in a timely manner.
- Document tool designs and development processes
Qualifications
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
- Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
