Description
Bollinger Motors is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to deliver world class value to Bollinger Motors customers, partnering with dealers and internal stakeholders to leverage market leadership in the class 4-6 electric truck segment. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Sales. This is a field role within the U.S (United States) focusing initially on areas such as Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Please note you must be a resident in, or permanently reside within a reasonable travel (2-3 hour) driving proximity to one of the States noted. Travel required up to 80%.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish working relationships with assigned dealers, fleets and accounts
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives
- Demonstrate an ability to exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Aggressively prospect for new commercial fleet accounts within a geographic area
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate commercial fleet volume contracts and respond to RFQs
- Utilize Salesforce software to record, track, and manage lead activity
- Act as single point of contact to fleets on all sales and service needs
- Keep management aware of competitive activity in the marketplace, including product offerings, and product pricing
- Represent Bollinger Motors at functions and trade shows
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience calling on major fleets in class 4-6 preferred
- Commercial truck dealership experience from both the retail and OEM perspective preferred
- Awareness of competition in the class 4-6 electric vehicle marketplace
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Class 4-6 commercial truck specifications including body applications
- Electric vehicle experience desired
- Travel required
