SUMMARY: In addition to the regular responsibilities of a Sales Assistant, this position handles sales related cost analysis, collecting marketing information, and the follow-up process with project teams and relevant stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Assistant
Assist the requests of the Sales Director.
Collect and analyze the related market information, provide the report regularly.
Assist with the quotation process and details.
Be able to provide the detailed explanation of the quotation logic to sales team.
Compare differences for projects, be able to facilitate the best cost option for the sales team.
Report and escalates to management as needed
Successfully manages the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
Create the completed project record.
Cooperates and communicates effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines
Represents the department at internal and external meetings when instructed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
1 or more years of previous experience managing cost related information is preferred.
MS Office skills
Marketing or Finance degree is strongly preferred.
