Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating between BYD and customers during the commissioning and warranty stages of the projects; overseeing the commissioning plans meet project objectives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Review Commissioning and Warranty goals with BYD technicians and set up detail schedule and deliverables through charts, training materials or other documents;
Track onsite commissioning and warranty activities to provide daily summary
Work with Project Manager to address the on-site activities to BYD HQ and collect solution
Coordinate with BYD technicians to communicate with customers on the project site
Oversee the projects to meet commissioning and warranty goals

Other duties assigned as needed

Skills And Abilities

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Renewable energy commissioning experience (ESS commissioning experience is preferable)
Communicate and interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience of project management
Software proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Project, SharePoint, Teams Word)
This position requires 50% traveling'working on the project site, and 50% working in the LA office.

Education

Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in Engineering or a related technical field
Valid Driver’s License
