What To Expect
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support Tesla’s rapidly growing Autopilot & Optimus teams. This role will be focused on high-volume hiring for labeling & data collection.
We are seeking a creative thinker who takes a non-traditional approach to identifying excellent talent, and has a deep-seated passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, hold themselves accountable, have a willingness and drive to manage a demanding workload, strong presentation skills, and experience working successfully in a team environment. Comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholder. This position will be onsite full-time at one of Tesla's offices.
What You'll Do
Manage a high volume of cients and requisitionsReview resumes, conduct searches, pre-screen and interview 15+ candidates weeklyDevelop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talentDeeply understand each technical roles’ requirements & how it fits into the organizationCollaborate with recruiters and management to identify hiring needsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communicationCreate excellent onboarding and interview experience for new candidates
What You'll Bring
3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting a varity of disciplinesExperience hiring 10+ individuals per month minimumHigh level of maturity, discretion, and common senseA sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and strong-organizational skillsExperience sourcing and interviewing candidates through multiple channelsExperience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATSOnsite in Palo Alto, CA

Expected Compensation
$60,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
