Key Responsibility:
1.Market Operations & Fault Handling: Maintain customer relations for commercial vehicles within the assigned region; collect customer files; communicate and handle production and assembly issues; assist with on-site fault troubleshooting; liaise with OEMs for responsibility determination; communicate company technical solutions.
2.Market Coordination: Monitor spare parts allocation and delivery progress for commercial vehicles in the assigned region; assign and coordinate tasks and resources; explain customer impact due to missing parts and verify parts availability; coordinate tools and equipment; communicate and sign after-sales and warranty agreements.
3.Cross-Department Support: Align BMS technical information and on-site personnel for commercial vehicles within the region; assist QA in fault investigation; handle on-site resource request forms and provide technical guidance; support commissioning and sorting processes.
4.Training Activities: Conduct OEM training, end-customer training, and internal company training; provide training on task allocation for service stations.
Daily Work Order Handling: Issue out-of-warranty appraisal forms, work orders, requests, and alerts for commercial vehicles in the assigned region; create and review on-site maintenance work orders; audit low-capacity data; review live battery replacement emails; review live battery GSS allocation.
5.Value-Added Services: Promote battery replacement extensions and warranties; CTP repair business; maintenance services; recycling services; training and education services; liaison for agency services; collect value-added business leads.
6.Special Dealer Station Setup: Coordinate requirements for commercial vehicle dealer stations in the assigned region; follow up on construction progress; assist with acceptance; provide guidance for all business operations post-acceptance.
7.Service Station Guidance: Supervise on-site maintenance quality at commercial vehicle service stations; provide technical guidance and support for complex cases; assist with spare parts queries, program queries, upper-level system queries; check SBOM tables and schematics.
“99” Incident Handling: Manage 99-type incidents for commercial vehicles within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
2.Must have proficiency in at least one of the following: electrical principles, mechanical structures, BMS, or vehicle applications; and be at least familiar with BMS message analysis and 8D fault analysis.
3.Over 3 years of work experience; experience in technical support for automotive manufacturers or new energy suppliers is preferred, and candidates with direct project management experience are highly desirable.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.

- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
