This role will involve managing multiple stakeholders throughout the business, overseeing several projects simultaneously, crafting compelling storylines based on data insights, and looking across industries and geographies to assess trends.
What You'll Do
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market and industry trends across industries and geographies to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize quantitative skills to analyze data and build models to understand market dynamics and forecast future trendsStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams, to understand their needs and provide actionable insights. Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives forwardStrategic Thinking: Develop strategic recommendations based on market insights and data analysis from various industries and geographies. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions and prioritize initiatives to drive business growthSuperior business judgement – world class analytical thinking including excellent ability to flex between big picture thinking, understand and distill complex ideas and analyze data to drive strategic objectives and prioritiesQuantitative Skills: Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract and analyze data from various sources. What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or related field. Experience in management consulting and investment banking a plusMust be able to utilize and connect independent data sets to convey a story with various stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data modeling.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insightsProven track record of managing multiple stakeholders throughout the business and overseeing several projects simultaneouslyStrategic thinker with the ability to look across industries and geographies to assess trends and translate market insights into actionable strategies. Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
