Tesla Recruiters find top software talent to power a sustainable & autonomous future. This role partners closely with sourcers, engineers, and engineering managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional engineering candidates. You will be supporting engineering teams across Autonomy (Autopilot & Tesla Bot), while gaining hiring visibility into other critical parts of Tesla such as Vehicle Software, IT Apps & Infrastructure, and Dojo. We are looking for motivated, passionate, innovative thinkers who can help leverage new approaches to bring the very best software engineers to Tesla.

Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify top talentDevelop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near term and future hiring needsDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency environmentAbility to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positionsWorking knowledge of relevant employment market trendsWorking knowledge of common software skill-setsStrong ability to track and manage data and workflow

Expected Compensation
$60,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
