The Associate Training Instructor, Leadership and Quality position requires someone who is flexible, highly organized, and hard working. Individuals must have outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills while demonstrating a positive, motivational, and professional appearance. The Associate Training Instructor, Leaderhsip and Quality will be responsible for facilitating instructor-led trainings to support the development of the manufacturing teams at the Austin, Texas factory.
What You'll Do
Delivery of in person training programs, including extensive hands-on activities, maintaining the highest levels of qualityAnalyze and evaluate the skill assessments and skills certifications of associates related to job role functions (workstation trainer program)Develop and modify training programs, materials, and assessments to suit the needs of the business, the skills of the shop, and the role of the associatePlan training program rollouts for assigned areas, assess business needs related to training, and deliver high quality, needs-based training to resolve difficult business challengesStudy and maintain up to date knowledge with the latest revisions of the manufacturing process operations, and area cross-training to allow for a flexible, efficient work teamIdentifying and completing continuous improvements regarding training content and operations (Take Charge) with relentless dedication to employee safety and care regarding vehicle mutilationsCurrent week in the life: Training Delivery, Evaluation and Assessment of Associate progress, Development of new training materials, courses, activities, and programs, Building relationships throughout shops and programs, Innovation with building leaders for process improvement, quality improvement, and efficiencies
