What To Expect
We are looking for a motivated Customer Insights Analyst to join our Business Analytics team supporting Australia and New Zealand market. This role will act as the insights partner for both Marketing and Sales team. You will analyze customer and campaign data, including email performance, digital campaigns, customer segmentation, and A/B testing, to provide insights that improves marketing effectiveness, support sales lead quality, fine-tune customer journeys, and drive measurable ROI.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and optimize email journey automation, including setting up mechanisms to track key metrics and performance.Partner closely with the marketing team to analyze email results, fine-tune content and journeys, and maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.Conduct in-depth digital advertising analysis to identify optimization opportunities and maximize ROILead customer segmentation and demographic analysis to uncover actionable insights for both marketing campaigns and sales outreach.Run targeted analysis to ensure the sales team has sufficient high-quality leads and provide segmented customer data for sales calling and targeting.Design and execute A/B tests across email journeys, digital campaigns, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain full-funnel dashboards and reports that give both marketing and sales teams clear visibility into campaign performance, customer journeys, and lead flow.Act as the primary “insights brain,” delivering proactive recommendations and ad-hoc analyses to support planning, content strategy, lead generation, and decision-making.Collaborate with internal analysts and data engineers to ensure clean data pipelines, accurate attribution, and seamless integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems.Support quarterly planning and budget forecasting for marketing and sales initiatives with data-backed insights.Build simple predictive models or lead-scoring frameworks to help sales prioritize high-potential customers.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in customer insights, analytics, or BI roles.Experience blending web data with CRM/databases across multiple systemsStrong ability to use BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI) and write SQLExperience with digital media campaigns and social media advertising platforms and tracking pixels.Experience in customer segmentation, demographic analysis, marketing attribution, and customer lifecycle analysis.Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
