We are looking for a dynamic & experienced individual contributor to support our ZE Team Consultants, Navistar salespeople, and Dealers in development and activation of tools to support fleet analysis, support in the pre-sales process, and developing new consulting approaches and tools.
The Senior Manager, Fleet Electrification Analytics Development will work cross functionally to explore and develop new tools to support internal and external stakeholders in the awareness, consideration, and proposal steps of the BEV customer journey. This includes evaluation, content development, and execution of automated customer facing information to support the customer’s successful adoption of electric vehicles in their fleet.
This role is a significant opportunity to develop new approaches and new ways of working in how we support customers in their electrification journey.
It’s to drive the evaluation, development, and successful execution of automated data-based fleet analysis to support the transformation of Navistar’s business supporting the scaling within Navistar and our Dealers to support future BEV growth by establishing a best-in-class electric vehicle sales process.
The position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters and report into our Director of EV Solutions & Activation.
Responsibilities- Act as expert in fleet-electrification consulting as central contact in the EV pre-sales phase.
- Oversees technical possibilities, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
- Evaluate and actively manage the development of new tools for data-based fleet analysis.
- Ensure roll-out and integration of new consulting-offering in sales-process. Including scaling and enabling of the sales teams and dealers.
- Actively guide and support dealer sales and national account sales all over the EV pre-sales phase.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 12 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience

- At least 8 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience

Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills- Experience in the commercial vehicle industry or fleet management, ideally with focus on eMobility.
- Proven ability to lead and implement innovative concepts& processes in the industry.
- Skills in identifying and understanding customer needs, especially in fleet electrification.
- Leadership in developing and implementing of data-based tools and enabling sales teams to use them.
- Ability to define a compelling vision and strategies for customer journey optimization.
- Strong leadership in project team management and effectively handling multiple activities and respond to changing priorities with good judgment.
- Experience within dealer and key account business, and in consultative sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams.
- Change management and training experience.
