We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Solutions Consultant to develop creative solutions and partnerships with charge point operators to grow Navistar’s business and close high value opportunities and support the strategic build of Navistar charging solutions for installation, hardware, software, O&M, etc.
The position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters and report into our Director of Mobility Solutions
Responsibilities- Overview: Support the strategic build of Navistar charging solutions for installation, hardware, software, O&M, etc.
- Strategy:
- Roadmap: Support development and maintenance of near/long term capability and partnership roadmap in coordination with key internal stakeholders
- Capability build: Support relationship development with charging solution providers to close gaps, optimize multiple vendor services, and create new revenue streams. Support build/buy decisions.
- Market intelligence: Maintain industry solution market intelligence along with relevance/impacts to Navistar’s existing solution portfolio.
- Key Accounts – Support key customer accounts to develop, deliver, and validate new charging solutions and programs.
- Vendor/Supplier Management:
- Contracts: Support contract development in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
- Relationships: Manage strategic aspects of partner relationships and contracts updates.
- Support development of processes and internal alignment that enables seamless charging solution implementation.
- Contribute to advancing the Navistar industry presence through speaking engagements, whitepapers and joint industry collaborations.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
At least 1 year of lead experience

Master’s degree
At least 6 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
At least 1 year of lead experience

At least 10 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience

Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills- Industry experience in BEV charging solution development with emphasis on end-to-end solution evaluation and operations.
- Understanding and experience with relevant incentive programs (NEVI, CFI, etc.)
- Strong program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience developing presentation materials for and interfacing with executive management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate to external and internal stakeholders (on executive level)
- Demonstrate ability to effectively handle multiple activities and respond to changing priorities with good judgment
