We’re currently on the lookout for a Contract Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced results-based environment. This will be a Sourcing and Recruiting assignment working on Production Associates, Technicians, and Manufacturing related positions. In this position, you will be working with hiring managers and the lead recruiter to support the growth of our manufacturing teams. Applicable recruiting expertise is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities- Work with the lead recruiter and hiring managers to discuss needs and determine required experience and expertise
- Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates
- Build and leverage applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites)
- Pre-screen candidates to determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements
- Own the candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience
- Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines
- Manage service level agreements (e.g. time-to-hire)
- Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
- Can-do attitude
- Desire to create a clean energy future
Qualifications- 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Sourcing expertise with full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
