As the Project Manager of Social Content, you’ll be responsible for the creation of owned digital and social content on Tesla’s Growth Team.
What You'll Do
Manage social proposals, ideas, copy and assets while also keeping timing on track and organizing project plans/briefsOperate as an 'idea machine,' constantly brainstorming new ideas to drive Tesla’s growth through social content, bringing them to life in partnership with our creative teamProvide briefs for creatives (copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, etc.) and work with producers on review cycles and feedbackLead the production of social-first video and photoshoots for the Growth Team – often on-set with just one or two other people and small and scrappy budgets Shoot mobile-first social content on the fly, working directly with editors during postproduction Work with digital analytics team and growth team to track the success of owned creative and implement their recommendations. What You'll Bring
Degree in advertising, communications, marketing or another related field, work experience, or equivalent 6+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including operations managementStrong creative eye and in-depth understanding of the Tesla products and brandAbility to lead complex content projects under tight deadlines and maintain strong cross functional relationshipsStrong knowledge of Tesla’s ecosystem of projects, with the desire and ability to continue learning moreClear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quicklyWillingness to travel regularly

Expected Compensation
$64,600 - $239,400/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
