The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and expertise to assigned members of the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in sales engineering, electric vehicles, software, and electrical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Manage all aspects of the technical relationship with customers, collaborating with other internal teams as needed (e.g., SW Development, Product Management, Operations, Implementation).
- Work closely with customers to determine technical requirements, feasibility and expectations.
- Work closely with sales personnel to develop account plans to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with customers to determine technical requirements, feasibility and expectations.
- Provide technical insight in customer meetings including presenting and explaining product capabilities, features and benefits, and demonstrating products.
- Develop expertise in Noodoe Software & software solutions and advantages and can convey that to potential customers, such as demos of Noodoe EV OS
- Give product recommendations to potential customers for both hardware and software
- Subject matter expert in Noodoe products and solutions including hands-on experience to build credibility in guiding customers to the ideal solution.
- Provide input on technical aspects for RFI/RFP responses.
- Provides high level of technical support and direction for customers as well as sales personnel and assists in building customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Post-Sales Support
- Manages and directs all phases of a product sale from inception to quote to delivery.
- Coordinates hand off to Project Management, Commissioning and Operations team.
- Serves as a customer advocate. Strives to improve processes and products based on customer input and requirements.

- Must be a highly accountable self-starter with good organizational and analytical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical solutions to assist in closing sales.
