What To Expect
The Tooling, Process & Training team is responsible for developing and proliferating custom service, commissioning tooling hardware to assist in the rapid development, maintenance of Tesla Energy’s storage and charging solutions along with training of individuals on these solutions. This skilled and motivated individual will help with the creation and coordination of the new hire training program, help with content creation, delivery of said content, project coordination, and be the liaison with the field service team.
What You'll Do
Effectively/enthusiastically deliver equipment-specific training to Field Technicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-led, facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessmentsProvide comprehensive schedule management and tracking of learners' completed and required training in the Tesla-specific Learning Management software systemWork cross-functionally with the Training Systems and Development team to manage content storage and identify and track measures-of-success metricsSupport development of high-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with process SMEs

Expected Compensation
$60,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
