We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Optimus Data Collection team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in curating, maintaining, and scaling datasets from Tesla’s fleet of robots.
What You'll Do
Ensure exceptional dataset quality through regular data audits, identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues and inconsistenciesPropose and implement process improvements to increase dataset quality, quantity, and variety, driving continuous improvement and excellenceMonitor and drive productivity across data collection tracks, optimizing workflows and processes to achieve maximum efficiencyInterpret and report on data visualizations and dashboards to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendationsSupport the Project Manager in coordinating and reporting on data collection requests from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates

Expected Compensation
$18.40 - $39.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
