What To Expect
This position is expected to start around May 2025 and continue through the Summer term (approximately August 2025) or into Fall 2025 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

The right person is hungry to dive into critical challenges in the Service organization, breaking down silos and partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Tesla to drive the business forward.
What You'll Do
Identify critical problem statements for the business and employ first-principles approach to find creative solutionsDive into data to uncover opportunities to reduce waste in processes and improve customer experienceShadow and build relationships with customer-facing Service teams to understand the business and challenges in their day-to-day workWork closely with cross-functional (engineering, sales, finance, supply chain) teams to align strategies and goalsDevelop and launch new products, processes, tools, and resources that drive customer experience and improve brand loyalty Structure pilots, track and measure results, iterate then launch solutions that can scale across different markets to drive operational efficiencyRegularly present written and verbal proposals to improve the business to senior leaders across Tesla and adjust strategy based on feedback

Expected Compensation
$18.39 - $30.29/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
