InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated Branch Account Manager to join our Sales Team at our Bellflower, CA location. In this role, you will drive sales of electrical services, including lighting upgrades, signage, EV chargers, and construction lighting projects, while developing innovative solutions to meet market needs. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with both the Sales and Service Teams to expand service offerings and ensure exceptional customer support and system reliability.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and sell customized solutions to deploy and maintain electrical services, EV infrastructure, hardware, and software, tailored to meet customer needs across multiple segments
- Strategically plan and execute solution deployment across the assigned territory, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve seamless implementation
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet demanding customer schedules for electrical solutions and EV deployments
- Work collaboratively with project managers, technicians, and estimators to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and develop innovative support solutions that align with evolving customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) for client meetings, site visits, and company engagements to drive successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Your Experience and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in sales, electrical sales, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of construction services and project management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of working with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 70 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal incentives for EV infrastructure is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements, training, and site visits
